02 Two to three weeks of drawing, then one presentation of the full room.

03 Two revision rounds, then the final set and shopping list are yours.

04 You order, or add procurement and I order for you.

What you receive — dimensioned plan and elevations · finish schedule, every material named · furniture and lighting plan · paint schedule · shopping list with quantities and overage · one set of builder-ready PDFs.

Drawings are issued for pricing and ordering. Sample sheets carry “not for construction · field-verify all dimensions”.
