A full room package delivered as drawings: plan, elevations, finishes, furniture and lighting, with a shopping list you can order yourself. You measure, I draw, your local trades build.

Full service for a room or two, start to finish — concept, dimensioned drawings, finish schedule, builder coordination, procurement and install.

whole home · new build or gut renovation · by scope

Every room, one drawing set, one schedule. Phased to the construction calendar and priced by scope after the consultation.

procurement · added to any package · 15–18% of finishes

Ordering, tracking, receiving and install management on finishes and furnishings. 15–18% of finishes, net of tax and freight; $1,500 minimum. Extra work outside scope runs $185/hr.
