I started Oakwell to do the part of a renovation that usually gets skipped: drawing the room properly before anyone starts building it. Most of what goes wrong in a house project is a decision made late, on site, by whoever is standing there.

So every Oakwell project ends in a set — plans, elevations, a finish schedule naming every material. Homeowners get a room they already approved. Builders get a set they can price.

Design and build are separate. Oakwell Studio is design only — construction is contracted and invoiced separately by the builder, whether that is someone you already work with or a contractor I recommend. Design makes a house the home you actually wanted.
